Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All rates are subject to 8% sales tax and 4% resort tax. Our rates are seasonal and we discount for length of stay (10% discount for four weeks or longer).
A deposit of $200 is necessary to hold requested accommodations. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon arrival. There will also be a $200 security deposit.
December 20th – January 7th and all holidays are charged peak rates. Three-day minimum.

Due to limited parking, one vehicle per unit (2 vehicles for units #2 and #6). Extra parking is available to the north along the east side of Gulf Blvd. Be sure and park 9’ off the road or the police will issue a ticket.
Check Out 10 AM:
A late check-out needs prior approval. Late check-outs make incur a charge. Please take garbage to trash cans and clean and put away any dirty dishes. You can leave the key in the room & the door unlocked.

Daytime persons using motel facilities will be charged $5 per person per day We are a small property and do not have the resources for more than our registered guests. Please, let us know when you are expecting visitors and have them sign in at the office.
Rates are for 1 - 2 persons in Units #1, #3, #4 and #5, 1 - 4 persons in Unit #2 (6 Max)and 1-6 persons in #6 (max 8). Extra adult add $10/day. Extra child add $7/day.
Smoking: All units are non-smoking:
We do have ashtrays you may use when you smoke outside. Please do not smoke in the units. We will need to bill you $100 or more for the special clean up and loss of revenue while the unit is being cleaned.
Cleaning fees run from $45.00 to $100.00 depending on unit size.
Local (727) calls are free. Long distance blocked: calling cards and 800 numbers do work. If you need a longer cord to run your laptop let us know.
Please do not use charcoal or gas grills under the wooden 2nd floor decks per the fire marshall. Move them out into the open.
No refund on early departures. Cancellation refunds are as follows: stays of 8 days or longer, unit must be re-rented in full for refund. 7 days or shorter, a 45 day notice must be given for refund.
When you arrive, please unpack and settle into your room then call the manager at (727) 595-3611 to arrange at time to meet at the office to check you in. Payment and registration are needed upon arrival.
Any damages will result in forfeit of security deposit and/or credit card will be charged. Refundable security/damage deposit and extra housekeeping fees may be required on larger parties.
