Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Add $10.00 for each additional guest per day. All rates are subject to 8% sales tax and 4% resort tax. Our rates are seasonal and we discount for length of stay (10% discount for four weeks or longer). Sorry, no pets accepted.
Reservation & Cancelation Policy
A deposit of $200 is necessary to hold requested accommodations. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon arrival. A 30 day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund of deposit. If you shorten the length of your stay or change your apartment within the 30 day cancellation period, you will be charged 30% of the rate for the cancelled days of the apartment. There will also be a $200 security deposit.

December 20th – January 7th and all holidays are charged peak rates. Three-day minimum.
No-Smoking in rooms - $100 fine.

Rates are for 1 - 2 persons in Units #1, #3, #4 and #5, 1 - 4 persons in larger Units #2 and #6.
A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for #3 & #5, $35 for #1 & #4, $40 for #2, & $60 for #6.
Extra adult add $10/day. Extra child add $7/day. Maximum 6 persons in #2, 8 persons in #6
Daytime persons using motel facilities will be charged $5 per person per day
Due to limited parking, one vehicle per unit (2 vehicles for units #2 and #6)
Refundable security/damage deposit may be required on larger parties
